Two Bedroom Apartments
Long Stay:
- US$450 per month plus electricity*
- Deposit/security of one month's rent
Short Stay (includes cost of electricity)**:
- US$45 per day up to 7 days (minimum 3 days)
- US$40 per day up to 14 days
- US$35 per day more than 14 days
- Deposit/security of US$150
Rent is payable in advance (one month for long stay).
Part payment of deposit/security normally required to confirm reservation.
* For periods when no EdeNorte bill is available the cost is 7 pesos per Kwh
